Terms of Service
Last updated 19 August 2026
The agreement
By using Snapsack you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Snapsack is operated by an individual, not a company.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be 13 or older to use Snapsack.
Your content
Your lists are yours. You grant only the permission needed to run the service — storing your lists, showing them to you, and showing them to people you share with. Your content will not be used to train anything or shown to anyone you did not invite.
Sharing
An invite code grants access to a list to whoever holds it. You are responsible for who you send codes to. Anyone you invite becomes an equal owner of that list: they can edit it, and they can invite others.
Acceptable use
Do not use Snapsack to break the law, to store other people's personal information without their knowledge, to attack or overload the service, or to attempt to reach data belonging to accounts that have not shared it with you.
Availability
Snapsack is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, and may change or stop at any time. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the maximum extent the law allows, there is no warranty of any kind and no liability for indirect or consequential loss.
Ending it
You can stop using Snapsack and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing privacy@snapsack.app. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date above will change when they are. Continuing to use Snapsack after a change means accepting the new terms.
